Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) on business days will begin processing on the same business day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (Eastern Time), on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days

  • During this time, we verify your order, prepare your items, perform quality checks, and package your shipment for delivery.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Estimated Transit Time

  • Shipping Time: 4–5 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or periods of high shipping volume.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

  • 5–8 Business Days

    • Processing: 1–3 Business Days

    • Transit: 4–5 Business Days

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before your order is finalized. Any available free shipping promotions will also be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Pawrium is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, unforeseen delays can occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier-related issues. If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact our customer support team, and we will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can review your claim and provide an appropriate solution.
